ABOUT
Dr Julie Norman is an Associate Professor in Politics & International Relations at University College London (UCL), and a researcher/consultant on conflict, development, and political violence. She is also the Deputy Director of the UCL Centre on US Politics (CUSP), and a Senior Associate Fellow of International Security at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI).
An expert on the Middle East and US foreign policy, she is the author of five books and multiple articles and op-eds, and she is a frequent political commentator on the BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, Bloomberg, and other media outlets.
Dr Julie Norman provides commentary and analysis for media outlets such as the BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, Bloomberg, CNBC, Sky News, CBC, Euronews, France24, DW, and the British Forces Broadcasting Service.
